Halloween Candy Carb Counts

Halloween is coming up fast and candy suddenly appears everywhere.  If you chose to indulge in a piece or two, it can be helpful to know how many carbohydrates you're consuming.  I found a pretty inclusive chart over at Diabetes Forecast.  Have a look here:

I'm actually trying to avoid candy right now for a couple of reasons, so I'm not even bringing any Halloween candy into the house.  And since I work from home, I don't have co-workers with candy on their desks.  But if I did, I think this sheet would be helpful to me.  How about you?
