Continuous glucose monitoring may help type 2 diabetes patients

Check out this article about a recent research study concerning patients with T2 and CGMs.

I completely agree with the study conclusion that CGMs help people with T2 have better health outcomes.  I wish they had included some people with T2 who don't use insulin in the study as well, because I think the findings would have been the same (ie: CGM is good!).  But overall, I am hopeful that studies like these will help patients when fighting for insurance coverage for this technology.
