Transitions.

I just read this great blog post over at DiabetesSisters.  In it, Sue talks about transitioning from managing her Type 2 with just diet and exercise to adding an oral medication.  Have a read: https://diabetessisters.org/blog/transitions

As a Type 1, I was prescribed insulin at diagnosis, am still on insulin today (obviously) and will likely remain on insulin for the rest of my life.  So I appreciated this peek into Sue's transition in her T2 care.   I feel like I've learned more about my T2 sisters after reading this.

Can you relate?  No matter what type of diabetes you have, do you have a transition in your care you'd like to share with us?
